So true! Introvert just dont like external stimulants that much, while social anxiety is so severe, that ive only had it for an year when i hit 16 and honestly, this is the worst period of my life, being judged so much can often times scar you so gradually u dont notice, like due to my anxiety i cant even ask any questions to the teachers even if im confused, so frustrating, couldnt even ask for an extra sheet when i ran out of paper in my exam, hell i couldnt even manage to borrow a calculator from my juniors, rest in anxiety, i gyess?

@@darkpvpgamer3422 yes bro. I have experienced it too. And I am still an introvert but I don't get afraid in public situation. It's just some nervousness which I get sometimes and I'm sure everyone has that kinda nervousness for experiencing something for first time.

They prefer small gatherings or alone time to recharge after social interactions.Shyness is a feeling of discomfort or apprehension in social situations. It often involves a reluctance to engage with others, especially in unfamiliar or large group settings. Shy individuals may find it challenging to initiate conversations or interact confidently with people they don't know well. Remember being an introvert is not a problem. There are lots of successful introverts. If you shy it's doesn't necessarily mean that you are introvert. You maybe extrovert. You may want to make lots of friends talk with lots of people but can't do that because you are shy. But introverts prefer to talk less make less friends and prefer small groups.

There's a difference between being shy and being introvert, most shy people think that they're introvert....introversion is the ability to choose to respond to what is important to you, you simply don't entertain what you feel like is unnecessary for you. I'm not a shy person....I'm more than capable of my extrovert friends to be able to speak for myself!💫
