I'm 76 and remember when most of these cars were $4000 or under when new. My parents bought a 1964 Impala SS coupe new in '64, factory AC, PS. PB, 327/250HP for around $3700 tax tag title out the door.

I don't mean this establishment but in general I've been looking into buying a classic car who would pay these prices you could just buy a a new Corvette or any new sports / muscle car with all the modern bells and whistles and still have money left over

It said Sedan on the plaque and on their website, so i went with that. You could be correct and they might have meant different things back then.

You can buy some of these cars in lesser condition and bring the same cars to a similar condition saving many thousands of dollars. Try and sell these cars you bought at this dealership yourself and you will lose thousands of dollars.

Plus our generation is the last that really enjoy these cars. Someone is going to get stuck w/ a bunch of old cars in about 20 yrs. Kids would rather have that Japanese junk!

Most of these cars are very over priced. Nice cars but way too high on the price.
