I prefer investiga un houses/bricks..for m’y ils saya and to leave something for my 2 kids. I have 2 villas in Belgium and one beach house in France that I am still paying mortgage..I love decorating and fashions..but I can t stand buying an item thousand dollars when that sum can pay you a month mortgage 😂

I cannot even come close to affording these brands but I watch because I love Valentine's style and I just copy her styles with less expensive items. And I mean a lot less expensive! Lol. I find that if I look for well made items and fewer of them I can get some pretty attractive outfits put together.

I don’t care how great the quality is, it isn’t worth the money. I could go on vacation and make memories instead of having a $3200 bag. $320, maybe but $3200 is a hard pass but that’s a lot of money to me.

How many of us busy ladies have gotten distracted and left our purse behind somewhere? I know that I have! Imagine if that purse was worth over $2k!! It would make anyone sick!! This video segment is out of touch to many viewers. To be fair, Saks Fifth Avenue appears to be one of Valentina’s sponsors. She’s probably contractually obligated to give them some airtime as she does with the more affordable retailers. To be able to view the content that most of us can relate to, we sometimes have to be subjected to segments that not always apply to our personal lifestyle.

It's up to each individual to manage their own budget but with reports of rising consumer debt levels & maybe 60% folks living pay-check to pay-check, Influencers championing Constant Consumption are CONCERNING (even tho the Consumer accounts for a significant portion of the economy) !!!

Oh, Valentina, I have watched and loved your channel for such a long time for entertainment and inspiration. But with this one I have to agree with other comments on your content being unreasonable. Studies show the average American doesn’t even have $400 set aside for emergencies or just in savings, so pushing merchandise like a purse for $3,250, a candle for $250, or a tank top for $188 as “reasonable” and we should “treat” ourselves is so disappointing. Pushing merch obviously is the name of the game here, but us out here can’t afford almost $10,000 for things we don’t even need. I miss and long for your old videos of you and Jack shopping at garden centers, power washing your back deck, rearranging furniture you already had, etc., doings thing we could relate to. Please come back to being real, I miss you…❤

It’s always a struggle to balance out the different hauls. We do Amazon Live events each weekend and they’re very budget friendly. We also publish hauls from Zara, H&M and Target. We have people from all budgets watching so we try to create for everyone.

Dear Valentina, I have been watching your channel from the first video. I was thinking that you already have similar shoes. If you decide to keep any, l would choose the most comfortable pair if you need to keep any. Out of the two handbags, l preferred the YSL handbag. The black and white pieces combined with the alternative piping are beautiful. The silk shorts, though, l think, look more like pj bottoms, sorry. I also have been meaning to say for a while now, the definition of a capsule wardrobe is,' A small collection of clothes that can be put together in different ways and includes everything one would normally need to wear.' Valentina, your wardrobe is hugh. l'm sorry, but l don't think it meets this definition. 🤣, I love the Noughts and Crosses game. French kiss to this. 😘

I’ve always loved your contagious laughter in your videos, what I don’t understand is Why do you purchase items only to send them back, I can’t imagine you sending back any of these items, I don’t like the shorts with the long sleeved shirt, it looks too much like pyjamas to me to wear out in public, love all your other purchases though, I miss the days when I could wear heels like that, unfortunately with spinal damage I have to stay away from shoes like that, if they were wedges I could manage them better, loved 🥰 the bags, both are classic and timeless and will last for years to come unlike much cheaper bags that usually fall apart after a couple of years, I know what you purchase is out of most people’s budgets But even if it is, it’s still nice to watch your channel, if you can afford it, Then Why Not, you work hard for your money and can spend it however you feel fit…Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺🖤🖤🖤🤍🤍🤍

Valentina, I liked everything in your haul but I'm not too crazy about the big logos on the first two bags. I think it makes the bags look cheap. Especially the VSL logo. It's too big. The black logo is kind of cool but too large. I can't see spending that much $ for a bag and then making it look cheap with the logo. Just my opinion. I know lots of ladies like the logos. I love both of your channels. You've given me so many great ideas. Especially your House of Valentina channel. You have a lovely family. Keep the videos coming! Omg, such nice things!!! I think you should keep the little beige and black bag but return the black one, imo; it's not big enough yet too big for it's bulkyness. The beige and black is neat, timeless and suits your petite frame. Regarding the shoes, the saks ones were much better; feminine, smoother lines and sexier than the other. Also, I'm sorry but the black shirt with the piping; giving pj vibes big time. The cream cami also wasn't a very flattering fit. Other than those, girl.. I think you're going to be untagging and keeping hehe 😅💕

I don’t want to be unkind, and usually if I’m uncomfortable, I just let things pass. But this was over the top, the squealing and laughing and giggling over things that you bought was too much. . People are trying to put food on the table and make ends meet 90% of the people are living paycheck to paycheck yet you spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars on purses and shoes, You have very good taste but I don’t think that you are very conscious of your subscribers unless you have all millionaires as subscribers. These are just my thoughts. Many may disagree and God bless them if they can afford everything that you’re showing today. And to say that many things are affordable is ridiculous instead of buying two pairs of shoes that are exactly alike for thousands and thousands of dollars it would be nice if you would maybe donate the money spent on those shoes and purses.. it’s great that you are financially able to spend that kind of money but that is not my priority. Why must she contain herself within YOUR reality? Whilst having never seen or touched a luxury bag of any brand I believe that even if I had the means I can not see myself buying one. HOWEVER there must be a very substantial amount of people for whom Luxury, be it bags, shoes, jewellery, clothing etc etc is a very large component of their reality and lifestyle, otherwise these brands would have ceased to exist a very long time ago. Why can’t you just watch and enjoy watching her excitement and joy, being happy for her whilst reconciling with yourself that this is one video that you personally will never relate to and Just appreciate the video for the videos sake?

One thing that people need to understand is when you are a content producer everything you show on your channel is an expense thus a write off. That $2700 bag is free to her because she showed to us. Every item she shows is free (even if she initially pays for it) because that’s how businesses work. Once you learn this you really start to question the authenticity of their opinion. It makes no sense for them to return anything and if they don’t like it it’s easier to just gift it to a family member or friend because it costs nothing
