Thank you, I appreciate you liking my work but I think the house that you pertaining is impossible to make in Sims mobile by just looking at the roof.

Yes, in TSM you also need to buy the 2nd floor permit

If you are level 14, go to build mode then the “ floor levels “ is visible and purchase it with simoleons (i forgot how much)
