David, your drills are so creative and helpful. I had a little 'incident' and tore my Achilles tendon in sept. Back to skiing in Jan., and it was like relearning from a baby's point of view again. Your uphill skate drills really helped me relearn the proper balance point and position, and this skip drill for classic is sure to create some laughs for me when we get snow again next year. But then again, possible spring dump next week here in MN. Thanks for the enthusiasm!

What is the relationship with XC Academy and PSIA? This is a very good drill. We have used this since the days of wood skis. Nice demonstration!

could you do a video on training for dummies?

I have a pair of classic roller skis but I don’t know how to ski yet do any of your videos help roller skiers learn how to ski?
