one thing I don't get is why parents think it's ok to trash the other parent in front of the other one. Not saying the other parent doesn't deserve it, but have some class and keep your fucking trap shut when the little ones around. My daughter's mother is a gem. However, trashing her while oir daughter is present will only make the child feel like shit. Gotta a few friends who had mothers(mothers are especially notorious for this) that would trash the fathers left and right. Now every single one cant stand their mothers. Its that reason why they cant

I think what Than was trying to say was that his relationship with his mother was about power and dominance. The favor of driving her to the hospital wasn't simply about driving her to the hospital, it was her forcing him to surrender.

Moms always drive you crazy I look like my dad so whenever shes in a mood I ALWAYS have to have the worst claws dug into me to make her feel better She told me my husband had the RIGHT to beat me because i couldn't wash a dish as a child. She suffered isolation and abuse herself but thats what i needed to hear to keep me in line, not to mention i was brown amd my father's child so whenever he wasn't around I had her anger taken out on me for even thinking to to speak
