But, don't you see, what's hilarious is that, out of the 3 people that were really directing the whole thing, Anthony and Sam both new exactly how the game worked. Opie, on the other hand, had no idea but THOUGHT he knew (attentive listeners will recognize this as a running theme with him). Thus, why he's yelling at patty in the beginning of the first game to guess who erock is, when shes supposed to guess either at the end, or when she figures it out. Meanwhile, neither Ant nor Sam wanted to deal with the shitstorm that comes with correcting opie on something stupid he said, so their "Whose line" bit was doomed to become half "Whose line" and half "What opie thinks Whose Line is", thus intensifying the trainwreck.

But they played with boobs so it worked out.

As much as I hate being a negative Nelly, I can't help but to leave anti-Opie comments on the O and A videos I come across on KZfaq. He's insufferable and infuriating to listen to. A "good" Opie episode is one where he talks as little as possible. Him being so unfunny wouldn't be a problem if he was a good straight man or offered anything else at all. Instead he ruins funny bits and conversations by trying to be funny and then stepping on others either by going to tedious phone calls or playing the same clips on the sound board that stop any actual flow. Like I say, if he offered anything at all he wouldn't be so hateable, but he's dumb too. He'll obviously have more money than i probably ever will so I'm sure he wouldn't lose any sleep over my comment if he ever saw it, but despite telling myself to not be a negative KZfaq commenter I can't help it when it comes to him. One thing I will give him credit for is being able to occasionally spot talent which is a definite skill (Ant and Jimmy in the pro column but Sherrod and his other regulars at the end of Jim/Opie show and his own afternoon show in the con column) I was tempted to delete this comment as it's pretty boring in of itself and not exactly adding any new insight, but he's so enraging I feel like I have to post to get the negativity out
