When it comes to Rolls Royce vs Bentley, I always associate Bentley with British rockstars and celebrities, while Rolls Royce are for Lords and the wealthy. Either way, both of these cars will suffer from rust and British engineering of that time until they got brought by the Germans.

The cup holders are from BMW E38 7 series. In the BMW they are fitted into the rear seat though. Just noticed it and thought id share it....sorry

+. It is, if you consider that it's a 20 year old car, bigger and heavier than a new S-Class. And the Turbo R reaches 60 in 6.6 seconds, which is really impressive

+Earnest Buslingthorpe-Hawk Fair enough. Although I suspected a bit quicker for 300 whp. How much do they weigh? I assume that is the primary factor contributing to their lack of acceleration. Correct me if I am wrong.

+. As far as I know, the Brooklands weighs around 2,4 tons, and the Brooklands R, which she's talkin' about, has 305hp. It quite surprises me tho that the Turbo R with it's just slightly more powerful engine is over one second faster. I'd prefer the Turbo R anyways, the electronic 4-speed automatic gearbox isn't as reliable as the good old TH400 3-speed on the older models.
