I really needed to write this song. It helps me a lot and I actually feel much better since I wrote it. =) It feels like the song soaked up all my sadness and released me from it. That's self-therapy I guess.^^ I hope that it can do the same for anyone else who goes through a dark time.
The ratings are disabled because the song is about me and Carina and therefore too personal for us. I don't think anyone should be allowed to „rate"something that's about the love between two people, that's basically the reason.^^
Composed and arranged 100% by myself as always, on keyboard.

I love how beautifully haunting this piece is. How tragic, but romantic, yet sinister. How it pulls out your darker emotions, your darker needs, the devil inside of you. The piece is also entrancing, almost hypnotic. You can't help but look, but listen.

You and I are very much alike, both of us use forms of art as a vent for all of our deepest, darkest feelings, that's what I'm getting through your music. Your songs "Even in death" and "Cantus Maeroris" really helped me out when I needed help, they made me get in touch with my inner poet. I missed a lot your composition Adrian! Whatever, I hope you and Carina had a great time together! :D That's weird, but in this song I imagined Carina as the piano or the choirs and you as the cello... That's strange, I don't now exactly why, but I personified you two as musical notes, that perfectly fit together, that follow each other rythm and feelings. As always, you created a masterpiece, a perfect mix between music and emotions. This atmosphere hits me hard, it's a mirror which reflects my personal inner feelings. Welcome back!

Your music is fantastic Adrian. When I first heard your songs I knew I would listen to all. You see, when I hear this particular song I can fell that there is pain, and through it, there is learning. I can see a couple, and it seens both have felt this. Both engage in a eternal dance, where both show relief, mainly for having each other. I love your music SOOOO MUCH!!! so to you Thank you. I grew up always listening to classical music; than other styles later on. But there is one thing I always do; it is; to escape in my own world with music. Sadly i haven't been really good at any instruments; except for my voice. Singing to me has always allowed my voice to soar.

Here goes a new one~ Thanks AdrianvonZiegler , your music is very thought-invoking - the "ode to the fallen" for instance; runs permanently through my playlist just because of the mellow, yet somewhat melancholic nature of it.
