I think one of the things that makes the beginning part of the chorus so addicting is the rhyme scheme that they use. Using the words "mojori" "gipsugi" "geuttawi" and " ttaekkajin" while stressing on the 'i' sound along with the catchy beat makes it all the more groovy.

Yesss the way consonants are pronounced in Korean is so satisfying and percussive,, totally adds to the musicality of this song

Also bc rhyming isn't used anywhere near as much in Korean lyrics as in English, rhyming can be used more for emphasis and to draw attention to a certain section

Yassss 3:05 Ryujin's soft rap is so scrumptious to the ears. A great rapstyle that I don't hear often in kpop being done well.

ppl are to quick to discount itzy as rappers. they might not be the best but yuna's fast flow is so good and Ryujin's soft rap is one of my favorites I've ever heard.

I think the purpose of the beep boop sound is to create uneasiness for the simple fact that jumping into love like that is unsettling but because we are so hypnotized by the piano we overlook that uneasy feeling just like when we fall in love ❤😂😅

I would love to inform you that the interesting beat and that sound in the chorus is actually the same as this song from my teenage years rather than "wiggle" and it is none other than "Chris Brown - Look at Me Now ft. Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes"✨✨ it has the exact same sample!!!! the nostalgia was killing me until I remembered what song this reminded me of😆💥💪

4:32 Lily the Vocalist “This redhead, she’s slaying.” When you know, you know. Yeji the Ace just has that vocal tone/timbre or something . . . I want to hear this with Lia when she comes back. I thought there *was* harp in there, glides up scales. Twittering like from birds. A song that really throws you for a loop, that even an ancient vampire wouldn’t mind getting up from deep in his crypt for. Sass to lure out and razzle-dazzle the most dour vampire . . . . . . oh and they say that this might even have been a title track or something. It was cut from an earlier album because of its Halloween-type theme out of respect for the victims of the Itaewon crowd-crush tragedy and delayed. “Cake” or whatever taking its place at the last minute. I wonder if there’s any truth to that . . .

one of my fav itzy songs so far. I love music thats active and doing a lot of things in the track itself but they made sure to not layer everything over each other too much by dampening and such that made it all work. Im also a goofy person so I guess it makes sense i'd love such a goofy song lol
