What people dont know is that it took him many years to finally find his real vocal style. His early day's vocal style was really rough and forced. Huuuuge change in comparison.

SinnerJ yeah. I actually find that I don’t really enjoy his older work. His technique was somewhat good but like you say, very forced, but I probably would never have listened to him if he didn’t adopt the style he has today.

I first listened to kyuhyun singing wildflower on KOMS... I loved the song and was curious about the singer and damn... I can't get enough of PARK HYO SHIN... He's sooo goood to listen to!!!

박효신이 이 노래를 라이브로 부를 때 음이 높아서 힘든 건 전혀 없고 오히려 이 노래를 부를 때 감정이 너무 북받쳐서 힘들다고 했었죠.

배운분들이라서 표현력자체가 다르네요. 잘모르는 전문가들에게도 우리가 느끼는것과 같은 느낌을 준다는게 정말 놀랍고 감사합니다. 박효신은 정말 대단합니다.

7:08 자막엔 없지만 원래 뜻은 배경음악따윈 필요없는 놀라운 테너다 라고 이야기하네요 박효신팬들은 하이바리톤이니 테너니로 말싸움들이 많은데 바리톤은 절대 노력으로 3옥넘어가는 고음 못뚫습니다.. 후두 자체를 못올려요. 학살자님 말씀이 맞아요

lee jiun 저 노래만 듣고선 음색자체가 굵으니 바리톤 내지 하이바리톤이라고 생각했겠지요 근데 데뷔초부터 꾸준히 지켜보고 음악영상뿐만 아니라 일상 목소리까지 들어본 팬들은 알죠 테너라는거 ㅋ

클래식에선 클래식 곡을 연주하기에 앞서 작곡가의 생애와 기초적 정보를 정리하는 아날리제(analize/곡 분석) 시간을 갖는다는데, 대중가요인 이 곡의 뮤비 보기전에 박효신의 프로필과 곡의 뒷 배경 이야기를 다 전해주는 아날리제 같은 과정이 앞에 있는걸 보니깐 매우 새롭네요...

I WAS going to say the same thing. I think they would really appreciate seeing the live version where they clearly show that raw emotion and undeniable talent that they both possess. Plus you get a better feeling of how much this song means to Park Hyo Shin seeing him cry after hitting that high note.

You can't help but feel a little heart broken when he sings this live because he always cries in the end of the song...He has stated that this is one song that for him is very difficult to control his emotions

근데 자막이 실제 말한것과 약간 다른 느낌으로 되어있는 부분들이 있네요. 지금까지 들었던 kpop 가수중 가장 뛰어난 보컬리스트라고 말하는데 자막은 그냥 잘하는편이라고하고.. 그리고 테너가 아니라고 말한부분은 오히려 칭찬에 가깝습니다. 애초에 얇은 테너톤의 목소리면 저런 고음이 놀랍지않지만 박효신은 저음이 좋은데 고음까지 높아서 더 인상적이라는 의미입니다.

2:50 “리버브가 들려”가 아니라 “so much reverb” 라고 하며 박효신을 감히 혹평(?)했습니다 혹평까지는 아니고 그냥 본인 생각이겠죠? 리버브인지 일반인이 들으면 모를 정도로 박효신 목소리는 대박인거 모두가 인정하는데 뭐 ㅎ

이들은 대부분 늦어도 초등학생 나이부터 한가지 전공을 해온 사람들인데다가 전문적 교육, 이론적 바탕 모두 갖췄기 때문에 어떤 음악이든지 들으면그냥 본능적으로 구조를 분석하게 됩니다. 여기서는 박효신 님의 보컬 능력을 평하는게 아니라 음악의 전체적인 구조와 화성 등, 곡을 평가하는 것에 가깝습니다. 보컬 코치가 아니라 작곡가의 입장에 더 가깝다고 생각하시면 되는데요 평가단 중 보이스 메이져 분들만 발성에 대해서 코멘트 하시네요. 가수를 매우 좋아하시는 건 알겠지만, 여기 코멘트 내용을 잘 듣고 이론적 설명까지 이해하시는 분들이 몇분이나 계신가요?

외국 리액션 영상을 보면서 뮤직비디오가 라이브로 녹음된걸 처음 알았네 ㅋㅋㅋ 다른 리액션 영상과 다르게 박효신 회사랑 문제 있었던 것도 설명 해주고 가사도 읽게 해주고 정성이 들어간 리액션 영상이네요

보컬전공이 아닌분들이라 박효신의 테크닉 발성등의 얘기보단 전체적 곡의분위기 멜로디 가창력이 뛰어나다 정도의 얘기이지만 만국공통으로 대장님은 사랑입니다

절대 음감은 노력으로 얻을 수 없는 타고나는 것입니다. 타고나지 않은 사람은 상대 음감을 훈련하죠.

국밥 맞아요 저도 피아노12년째치면서 상대음감만 얻었어요ㅠㅠ절대음감만있으면 훨씬 연주가 자유로울텐데....

국밥 뭔 소리에요 절대 음감도 상대 음감도 모두 훈련해서 만들수 있는거에요 절대 음감이 아닌 경우를 상대 음감이라 보면 되는데 음대가면 상대음감을 절대 음감으로 절대음감을 상대 음감으로 훈련하는 강의도 있구만 무슨 소리하는거에요 음감은 언어처럼 어렸을때 배우고 안배우고의 차이로 벌어지기도 하고 아니 애초에 절대 음감 이라고 무조건 대단한것도 아니고 진짜 천재라 부를 수 있는 절대음감은 적어도 5음 이상은 들어야 천재라고 할수 있구만 알지도 못하면서 아는척하고 있네요

박효신이 대단한 이유 18살 때부터 자신만의 창법 발성이 있었고 한국음악계에서 없던 보이스. 그 이후부터 꾸준히 창법 발성을 바꿔오면서 지금의 스타일을 가짐. 뿐만아니라 라이브를 한국에서 제일 잘한다는 평가를 들을 정도로 야생화 저 곡도 라이브 원큐에 끝냈다고 함. 보통 잘 부르는 파트 끊어서 덧붙이는데 한 번에 끝냄.

개인적으로 해외반응 영상 중에 최애입니다 앞 부분의 노래의 의미라든지 가사를 말씀해주셔서 전달력이 높았던 거 같고 전공가들이라 보는 시각이 좀 다른 거 같아서 흥미로워요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 앞부분에서는 그냥 그런 느낌이다가 날아가~~부분에서 반응 겁나 폭발적인 거 보는 맛도 짜릿함

The first time I heard this song was when JeUp sang this in I Can See Your Voice and I fell inlove with it that moment. I didnt know Park Hyoshin was the original singer and hearing him sing makes me fall for it more 😭 His voice is so beautiful

This is why you should react to different genres of Korean music. I understand that this is a kpop react channel, but introducing the reactors to a wider variety would be cool and interesting to hear their perspectives, seeing as they loved Lee Jin Ah and Park Hyo Shin; they’re pretty diverse in the music they listen to in the first place. I fell out of most of the newer kpop and grounded myself in Korean ballads, r&b, and the occasional indie and hip-hop, but I still appreciate kpop as it introduced me to this whole new culture and sound. Either way, I love your content and how unique the concept is. Keep up the good work

Same. I started with older kpop groups like SNSD, Shinee, Big Bang, SuJu...but I moved much more to Korean ballad and R&B and have nestled nicely there. Not to say I don't listen to some kpop too, but I think I appreciate ballads much more.

Same I hardly keep up with newer kpop releases except for BTS tbh, osts and ballads are my new fav types of songs that have dominated my playlist, I have a nice playlist on my channel called Easy Listening if y’all want some new recs ! It starts off more of an offside of kpop but delves into softer ballads and osts :)

yeah I started with BTS and I still love them but I also fell in love with Korean ballads and solos outside of idol groups because those are amazing too. Very diverse, lots of interesting vocals

@@zinitaxo1 If you still wanted to check out more ballad singers, some of my fav ballad singers are Sung Si Kyung, Kim Dong Ryul, Im Jae Bum. But there's way more solo artists outside of just Ballads

영상 초반부 설명부분 너무좋다. 다른 해외영상 반응하고 급이 다른 출발 알고 들어야지 그럼! 다른 해외영상은 노래 가사 번역 까지는 해주지. 그래서 다들 남녀간의 사랑노래라고 생각하지. 암튼 이 영상이 진정으로 야생화를 외국분들에게 제대로 알린 영상이라고 생각합니다! 야생화는 결국 자기 자신이지 캬...어려서 부터 효신님 음악듣고 자란 한국 인간이 글 남김.

I first got into kpop (and by extension this channel) when I started uni and now I'm graduating its wild to come back to old videos like this and see some of the original reactors again. Since discovering more korean music outside of "kpop" Park Hyo Shin is definitely my favourite solo artist so I'm really grateful for this reaction

역시 아시네 야생화 그 고음 부분은 그냥 높이만 놀라운 게 아니라 그 소리로 그 음을 내는 건 대중가수 정도를 넘음 ㄷㄷ 좀 허스키하게부르거나 올라가기 전도 일부러 좀 긁으면서 부르는데 그런 부분을 곧게 뻗어 소리를 안 내고 회피한다라고 하는 거 같음 감정을 표현하려고 그렇게 부르는 거임 대중가요이기 때문에 이렇게 저렇게 표현하기 위해서 더 다양하게 부르는 거임

도망친다..? 그냥 번역을 잘 못 알아들으신 것 같은데 음악에서 쓰는 어휘에요 escape 이라고 하면 그냥 도망친다라는 소리가 아니라 음이... resolution이나 suspense, 즉 완전음으로 완결 (5번 7번) 을 내거나 다른 음으로 계속 이어나가는게 아니라 음이 완결을 향해 다가가다가 딴 곳으로 새는걸 escape이라고 표현한 겁니다.

I've had the great good fortune to see Park Hyo-shin in concert and let me tell you, the beauty and control of his voice is phenomenal -- no autotune needed for him! I'm glad you chose this simple piano accompaniment version (though he definitely has the vocal chops to become one with an orchestra). Thanks!

좋은 노래들이 많이 있지만, 특히 이 곡은 평생 잊을수 없는, 가슴에 맺힌 곡이 될것 같다.. 노래를 들을 때 마다 마치 모든 시간이 멈춰 평생 가슴에만 묻어 두었던 지난 옛 사랑을 떠올리게 만드는 곡. 라이브로 들으면 어떨까.. 숨도 못쉴것 같다. 사는 동안 박효신 님 콘서트를 꼭 갈 날이 있기를 바래본다..

He's not "missing" a clarity. His voice is unique and stunning. Some people are so stuck in the classical voice rules and brainwashed by their teachers and peers. Squillo does not have to exist in every voice nor is it attractive for contemporary music.
