I've had the pleasure of hearing a harpsichord up close while I took music theory. It's sounds so magical and looks like a piece of art. Can't wait to see the flute collection on the second floor!

Hey, been following you for a while now. Love your channel, and found this video to be such a great tour for all of us who don't have the opportunity to visit these wonderful places. It also shows a great deal of timbral experimentation along history, which I truly appreciate. Can't believe you don't have at least 5 times as many subscribers as you now have.

FYI the Knee lever was first used on Viennese harpsichords to engage the harp/buff both 8 foot stops circa 1770.

There are so many people who are way more talented at Max than I am-although I'm not opposed to making a video about the interesting things I'm doing in the piece I'm working on.

@@ClassicalNerd hey, i used to think i was crap at max until version 7 came out with all the internal documentation! this sorta coding is mostly just Futzing Around and Finding Out, in my experience.

That's very true. All the same, I don't think a video of futzing around would be very entertaining ... I do really like the piece I'm working on, though!
