@@mikehance6086 it’s highly unlikely. Reggie was portrayed twice by Dennis Greene. Clearly, he must’ve decided not to be an actor, because these were the only two movies he ever did. I’m surprised they got him to reprise the role. I would be shocked if he returns to doing movies.

I believe they had the baby first, then get married. Not to say he was a deadbeat or anything for making her have the child out of wedlock. The likely theory would be they had sex before he was deployed and the pregnancy was clearly unplanned. It’s very likely the Marines gave him a pass, so he could be there for the birth of a child, and then get married to his bride.
