I shaped the dough into a cylindrical shape like Sable, cut it with a knife and baked it, but you can divide it into 8g pieces and bake it.
Personally, I think it tastes better when the chocolate chips are stuffed and the cut section is visible. Maybe it's because of the mood, but the texture seems to be more crispy. 😁
Almond powder can be substituted with the same amount of cake flour, but almond powder is more delicious, so I recommend making it as is if possible!

🍪 Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪
▶Ingredients ◀ About 60 mini size
After preheating to 356℉ (180℃), bake for 13-14 minutes at 330℉ (165℃).
110g unsalted butter
80g sugar
1.5g of salt
15g eggs
2g vanilla extract
170g cake flour
30g almond flour
2g baking powder
80g chocolate chips

- Store at room temperature for up to 3-4 days. Keep it in an airtight container with silica gel to keep it crispy for a long time. If you want to eat it for a longer time, put it in an airtight container or put it in an OPP bag, wrap it individually, and put it in a zipper bag once more to keep it frozen. When stored in the freezer, consume within a month.
