你好老师， instead of 今天教你们汉语 .can i use thus sentence '我今天教你们汉语.' if yes any different? 谢谢您。

Yes, you can use both "今天教你们汉语" and "我今天教你们汉语". It's more concise by dropping the word "我".

我们上课十分钟了 这是带时量补语的句话吧 我知道的是句式应该是:动词宾语+动词+补语 说得对吧 所以为什么不说:上课上10分钟啦

“上课上10分钟啦” 也对，但是在口语中，语言比较简练，一般不那么说。

Instead of relaying on pinyin you should train you're ears so it can be harder and it lets ur brain used to the sound more

面对着学生称呼他们的时候，说“同学” 或者 “同学们”。
