I love your vlogs, the only thing I would say is to maximize the space for the book bins. I would put them in the target book shelve cubes. I love the book cubes in my classroom (they don’t take up to much space and you can put decorations/ class reads on top.) I think mrs.callscampers does that for space too in 1st grade 👍 I love seeing your classroom come together

Looking good! I would get rid of the A frame easel and just keep the flat one. You could also move the A frame one to your math small group area maybe.

Yes. I would put out some books now and some later.

You will find that you don’t need your chapter books out at the beginning. I teach 1st grade, and mine aren’t even ready for chapter books at the end of the year.
