Maybe add some thin border or a couple of strips of Washi tape around the cupcake display to define its space. Once you decorate that blue wall with things it won't stand out so much. I vote keep the table by the window for extra supplies. I feel the crayons and pencils would "accidentally" go home with the kids if they were near the backpacks.

Hey, just found your channel. The crayon organizer is really good. That also helps when they find stuff on the floor, they can just put it up in the drawers. But you don't need to fill it up because it will get full of missing crayons before you know it😄
