not judging the book bins on top of the cupboard at all! they look great! But maybe turn them upside down so that they don't fill with as much dust - only dust on the outside not the inside? Just a suggestion so you don't have to clean them later on! :)

The unused book bins look so cheery along the top of the cabinets! I would turn them upside down up there, so they don't collect dust and cobwebs and dead bugs inside. :o

Your room looks amazing and it's so great to see what you were able to do with your space. Your room is always inviting and I feel the same way when it comes to decorating my classroom. I always want it to feel like an inviting place for all my students. It is our second home away from home and just like you, I love it when parents comment on how bright and cheery your classroom looks. I feel the same way when I look at yours. Thanks so much for the tips. I love your room and you seem so enthusiastic about it. Don't forget to enjoy life too. Remember you're more than a teacher! You're a woman who needs to enjoy life in her 20's. Not that you're not but RELAX. Enjoy life outside of school. Hang out with Billy, go out for drinks with your Team Teachers and don't talk about work, go on a run for yourself, and find time to RELAX and SLEEP. This is going to be a good year.

I am currently in school to become an elementary teacher. I have about 3 years left until I'm done and sometimes (okay, all the time) I get really overwhelmed. Sometimes I feel like I can't do it and that it's too far away, but then I watch your videos and I become motivated again to finish school and reach my goals. My daughter's room did community supplies as well. I feel like what ever the teacher wants to do she can do. She can ask me to bring anything and I'll do it. She's teaching my kid and knows what she needs. Engineering ants is so fun! My daughter loves that game💕 You're an awesome teacher btw

I've been watching your videos for a few years now, and I just wanted to reach out and thank you for all that you do! I watch your videos for encouragement, and I've used your TPT resources for everything from lessons to professional documents. They've been so, so helpful to me in the first three years of my teaching career! I can't even count the number of times when I've thought of you when I had to stay up a little late to finish a project for my kiddos, or was tempted to do something the easy way when it came to classroom set up, lesson planning, etc. and instead, thought to myself: "No. I'm gonna channel my inner Ms. Ferre." Your room is amazing!!! I wish I could get into my room over the summer to work on it again. Every year I like to change stuff up. Just a little tip, if you put all your highlighters, and felt pens point down, they will last longer. I absolutely love my felt tip pens, they are the perfect thing to grade with!!

I just have to say I've been watching your videos for a while and I'm obsessed! Your class is so cute and so well organized! I've been thinking for a while about going to school and becoming a teacher and you just give me so much inspiration. The way you set up and handle the class is amazing and I hope I can be half as good a teacher as you can. I have been looking into elementary teaching rather then the middle and high school grades, it just seems like you can do so much more and be so much more imaginative with the younger kids and you really do. The way your class is set up is so cute, you really did a great job!

I'm a senior in high school and my Spanish teacher makes "super premios" (super awards), that are simply the hello my name is name tags with a quote from the book or movie that we are learning from. It is the most amazing cheap prize! We are all so motivated to win them (which we can do by writing the most quality sentences about the book/movie in an allotted time) plus we win as a team so it builds fantastic camaraderie!

Next to your TAs desk you should put a small whiteboard that you can write directions for things you might need her to do. That way if you're teaching, there's no need to stop what you're doing to tell her. (Same if she needs you to know something that isn't urgent. :)

You should use book rings for your date so you don't have to either take all of the months/numbers off or lose any when you change it I don't know if this will work but it's just an idea that might help you

I know this took forever to organize, but you will save so much time every day not having to search for things. Well done! Just an FYI that you probably know- pattern blocks and tangrams are not the same things. I mentioned it just in case someone gets confused. Have a great year!

Also for the a.c. put a damp paper towel over the top of the thermostats. We did that in our classrooms and it would keep them putting out cooler air.

Your classroom tours are always so detailed. You have the room looking great. I love those sistema containers for storing those towers and cards. Great idea! You've inspired me to dip my little toe into the KZfaq world. I uploaded my first video this evening. In my school we take turns to run assembly, so I've put together a video about what I do to organise one. I'm not brave enough to be in front of the camera, but I found a good compromise I'm happy with. I'd love to know what you think, if you have time to check it out. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Love the video, very organized, something I continually have to work at. I noticed a lot of the stuff you have to buy my school provides for me and has made me very grateful for what I have. Very organized! Goals! Patterning blocks and tangrams are not the same thing. Tangrams are puzzles with 7 pieces that can be flipped and turned to make different configurations.

Have you tried ordering a crate of those sandwich containers online and having it delivered to your Dollar Tree? You usually have to get 24 because that's the crate size, but I find it so much more convenient than stalking the stores around me.

Hey Michelle! I noticed you have a lot of those dollar tree containers! If you are interested in getting bulk you can go online and order them to a store close to you and you! You usually have to order cases. But it's totally worth it!

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE those number talk hand signals and sentence stems! Please include them in your TpT store because I would buy it in a mili-second!

I LOVE your classroom! The organization speaks to my heart! Are your black and white labels available in your TPT store? I haven't be able to find them. I would LOVE to incorporate them into my own classroom.
