Do you ever look at a character and instantly know that you are going to put a couple of bullets into them before this thing is over? Tektus is one of those. I remember talking to Sister Aubert but I was not aware that you still soak up rads during conversations so I keeled over from exposure right in the middle of it. The second time around I took some RadX and put my hazmat suit on.

I don't understand something and if someone could help make sense of this, I'd appreciate it. How old are the Children of Atom? They seem old enough for Old Longfellow to have known about them in his youth, but they originated out of Megaton only 10 years prior? Is this an oversight or am I missing something?

The containment breaches happened after the war, the terminal refers to the status of the 4 nuclear missiles, in the present, carried by the USS Democracy, 2 of them have containment breaches leaking radioactivity, 1 has a faulty firing mechanism, and one is still in good condition to be launched. Not like you suggested that there's only 1 nuclear payload on board with a faulty mechanism and a containment breach, but still good to go. You can actually see the 4 silos housing the Democracy's payloads in the 4 corners of the square room just before the reactor room.

Even though I've played Far Harbor numerous times, I'm enjoying your presentation. I'm glad to learn about alternate dialog paths that I would never play and I learned of some unmarked locations I didn't know about. I have played both the bad ending of the Nucleus and the good one (both iterations).

I never liked going to the Nucleus because all the whisper prayers of the Children were very loud and it was creepy as hell, it was due to a Loudness EQ because I usually play at lower volumes and don't want to miss anything.

One thing that us confusing to me is that The Vessel could never go anywhere. Take a look at the map, the Nucleus is landlocked such that even if the Vessel left the drydock, it couldn’t get to sea. I mean of course pre-Great War, when it was the USS Democracy.

I love that Bethesda basically merged Evangelicals with the MMS cult and got the COA.

What I find interesting is that all the people in the zelot marine combat armour have full heads of hair while everyone not in the armour is missing most of they’re hair like the children of atom in the commonwealth

I have a question about the lore of pre war fallout. Does anyone know why the Yangtze-31 and the USS Democracy (The vessel from far harbor) look so similar. They are both different submarine types from different countries yet the vessel looks like a shortened version.
