I found this video exceptionally helpful. I know that the breakup is not permanent. AND I definitely needed the reminder that reconciling isn’t linear, either. It’s been one hell of a rollercoaster. And I’m proud of my partner and me. We have navigated some rough terrain. We are not out of the woods. Not by a long shot. But we have shown one another that we have grit and tenacity and we can make this work.

Last Week Me & My GF of 5 years have called it a day.Her Choice lost feelings!! I was mature about it and said she needs to be happy. This also happened in Feb 2021 and wanted me back in July 2021…Which we did.Her hysterectomy Op in 2020 change her,Sent her in to early menopause. I really hope this turns around!! She’s had a lot go off her life this year.Her mum has been diagnosed with throat cancer & her daughter has has mental health problems for the first half of this year!! . We work at the same place . She’s not asked me to pick up my clothes from hers . Said she wants me to sit with her at dinner time still ( work ) . Still got our pics on her FB . She’s NOT bagged my clothes up and told me to pick them up

So me and my ex have been separated for almost a year and recently we decided to try to have some sort of relationship since we have a kid I went to see her and we cuddled but she says she doesn’t want to work things out and I’m confused and don’t know what to do..

I wrote a letter of apology to my ex-wife which I read out to her, ended up with her getting super mad at me and moving in with her older brother these days (we still live together) before I read it out we could have fun together but now she's so mad at me?

We are Christians and we broke up because of sexual sin. Our church counseller got us into a program of healing because it was becoming very very toxic. We are not allowed to talk and see each other. It's basically a break up. She used to say during the first weeks that she is over me, she wants to let God choose the right man for her etc... But these 2 weeks, she likes everything about me on social media (since i'm a musician, some people post about me) and she even commented one of my posts in a provocative way. Last week she started to tell me to move on but I showed such indifference, she started crying. Now, everytime she sees me, she always wanna have a conversation but I'm as silent as possible but I respond in a cool way, yesterday we were at church for a service and after the service, she waited for me outside and when she saw me, she started walking with me and talking a lot about her life and when I left her before her house, she asked me to smile. I know that she is influenced by external factors and past experiences but she recently told to one of my friends that she still has feelings for me but tries not to put any hope about the future. I really want to get her back, I love her so much and I have been learning a lot and self improving, building my first recording studio etc... I don't want to screw things up. It's been 2 months of no contact before she started talking to me again. During the sunday services at chruch, she wears my rings, necklesses and bracelets. Sometimes, I can spot her staring at me. What do you think of this situation?
