This new awesome multi-section home is the seventeenth house I will be showing from the 2023 Biloxi Manufactured Housing Show! Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models and they will all be coming very soon! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Clayton Homes(Patriot Edition). The model for this home is the “Jefferson” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,640 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

My two cents, I think electric fireplaces are useless. If the power goes out, you don't have a back-up heat source. We have lived in a 28 X 60 manufactured house for 30 years, and I can keep the house at 75 inside with it 20 outside without the heat coming on.

Agree electric fireplaces are useless. Just for ambiance. I will be putting a wood stove in my house. This has been my heat source for my entire adult life & I love it.

I dunt like them either. We put a wood stove in our double wide and heated the whole house with it. I would have a fireplace but make it for a wood stove insert.

In Denver new construction in many areas cannot install wood fireplaces. Same in Las Vegas.

Don't like the look or anything about electric fireplace. Either gas or wood burning or set up for wood or wood pellet would be preferable

I know a guy who is 57 years old, lives with his mother, and completely changed his life for the better by living in a great neighborhood with the highest quality of modular homes. That goes to show the beauty and power that the highest quality of modular homes can provide. He is a total boss.

I like the simplicity of this home and the master bath is beautiful. The shower with bench s perfect. And the soaker tub is just right in its placement.

I like that in the guest bathroom the toilet was not jammed up next to the bathtub. I don't like drying off next to a toilet. I don't care how clean it is.

Nice home. I thought the countertop space was too small, even with the island. I noticed the vents were on the floor. In the guest bath, the vent was very close to the toilet, rather than closer to the wall putting it out of the walking area. Great job! Thank you!

I think it's a fabulous house for the base price. I'm not sure what upgrades they put in this home as shown but Since most of these homes have those big tubs I'd be making it one with spa jets.

Very nice my friend one thing I notice is the eater heater always has the cheap piece covering it and the furnace has a nice door to it I think it looks so much better when they cover the water heater with a door it just looks cheap in a nice home I know they are saving money

I totally agree. My house has a screwed on panel and it’s too heavy for me to get off and on.

Those screwed on panels are a joke. You really should have ready access to that water heater when there's trouble afoot. Learned this in my grandma's house when her water heater went tits-up and soaked her master bedroom carpet and sub floor.

Chance, Great home. These homes have been a great variety. Two things I didn't care for...one was the placement of the vent in the family bathroom...really...right in front of the toilet. How many boys are going to pee down that. 🙄 The 2nd thing was the shelf on the bottom vanities in both bathrooms. I think that is a hole that's going to be nasty & collect every piece of dirt & hair. Other than that, these homes were very nice. Great video. 😊

Totally agree on the vanities.. how ridiculous! When I want to keep my towels on the floor I just drop them, I surely don't bother to fold them and then get down on my hands and knees to put them on shelves barely off the floor! 😖🤯 ..(makes about as much sense as those "double-oven" ranges..)

This is a beautiful home! Love the colors and room sizes! The master bedroom is huge! One question for you regarding mobile and modular homes in general….do any manufacturers offer nine foot ceilings? This makes the overall footprint feel larger and more open imho. Maybe the master shower seems so wide is maybe because there is glass on the end and side most times there is a full wall between the shower and toilet

I lived a new Clayton home loved it but the cabinet counter top corners were so sharp I kept getting scratches on my arms I hope they have rounded the corners they are beautiful hones.

Any delivered and set up around the 100k range to the Readyville TN area? My mother lost her home in the tornado that went through April 1st. Unfortunately under insured. Not enough to rebuild. Mobile home is going to be her best option.

Always enjoy the tours. Too small for my fam. Not enough storage options. I love the floorpans that don't have master off the living area and in the front of the house. Clayton looks like a great builder.

House looks nice but I wish more homes would have entry way. I really don't like that they open up to the living room.
