A little slow getting to you video between watching the snow outside and trying to stay warm, lol the body is moving much slower today. 😂😂 fun stuff for sure. It’s about 1*c outside at 8 pm or for us in the USA it’s 35*f let’s just say it’s cold. lol baby’s sitting duty today also, a 14 week old pug pup, he has had me on my old toes today. lol but he is so dern cute. lol any ways a little bit of what happening on my end of the world. I love this flower, and I would love to see some spring time flowers about now. lol since their not in the frozen garden yet we shall make them. 😂 Tfs these beauties, hugs to ya. Hi clay zoo, thankyou for your words of wisdom whilst creating. Pilates is a wonderful exercise program, it helps with breathing, all your back muscles. Don't feel embarrassed, it was created by Joseph Pilates, for the men who were injured in war and was bed ridden for months on end. That is why the majority of exercises are all floor work. Hope that helps your embarrassment in your Pilates class

Lovely flower cane! Have you ever tried paddle boarding or maybe kayaking? I found both during covid lock downs. Great workouts and very relaxing being in the water and enjoying nature.
