The man has a right to self-plagiarize (artistically if not always legally). Naming it after another star is a pretty broad hint, "yeah, I'm revisiting Sirius and I'd rather have a bit of fun with it than merely rerecord it." I wish Jeff Lynne would do the same.

HAHAHAHA I was actually thinking of Jeff Lynne, who self-plagiarizes himself all the time. Waterfall, Ordinary Dream, When I Was a Boy and I'm Leaving You all share the same Pachelbel's Canon in D chord progression. Lonesome Lullaby and On My Mind share the same chorus; Mission (A World Record) and Steppin' Out share the guitar hook. Across the Border, The Way Life's Meant to Be and Time of Our Life share the "Heroes and Villians" melody; many of his song use the X/Xmaj7/X7 hook (Bluebird is Dead, One Summer Dream, Telephone Line, Steppin' Out, maybe more but I can't remember). 10538 Overture, The Diary of Horace Wimp, Twilight and Hello My Old Friend share the same chord progression (intro for 10538 Overture and outro for the other three). He also "repeats" the feel of a song: Showdown -> Sorrow About to Fall -> Love and Rain. And then you have Beatles Forever, Sirens, Video!, Tears in Your Life and all those rarities, where many where evolutions of previous efforts. Jeff Lynne is the master of reusing stuff, and that's wonderful.

Being an astronomer, ive seen all these beautiful hubble images, many, many times. Is it an amazing universe or what, good choice for APS:) Ya could throw up a hundred nebulas and i would know every one, love my telescopes:)

THink about that poor image of the deep field!! Equal to shooting through a straw at a patch of sky no bigger than a thumbnail at arms length, whats there??? THOUSANDS of galaxys just like ours, or earlier in development the farther you look back, like 10 BILLION years!!!!! Make you feel insignifigant...? It should:/
