Is it ok to place the wax directly on hot plate? I make soy candles and i use double boiler method on hot plate. Please do reply ❤

I don't work on a hot plate. This is because the temperature continues to rise. Before starting work, just set the desired temperature and check it before starting.

Hello. I'm Rafa, I'm 15 years old and I started making candles. I'm in Brazil and I love your work. If possible, I would like to know what paint you use to paint the ornament that you place on the top of the candle - in metallic color. I also wanted to know what paint you use to paint those little blue birds on the ceramic candles. They are simply perfect. Thanks!

nice to meet you. You started making candles at a very early age. The metallic ink used for decoration is alcohol ink. There are various colors. You can choose the color you want. If you want to learn how to make ceramic candles properly, there are paid online classes. There is a video on the homepage. I hope you have a great time. I will send you a link for reference about alcohol ink.

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately I still can't take the course because I don't have enough money (laughs). As for the paint you recommended, I can't find it in Brazil. I can only buy it on Aliexpress and I couldn't find it. I found other paints but I don't know if they are suitable for use in candles. See the link below. I'm in love with your work.
