I have a kitchen aid stand mixer. I cook and bake a lot. It’s a dream because you just let it mix while you are doing something else. So proud Savannah is open to cooking and is learning from her grandmother. I had my granddaughter cooking with me when she would come and spend the night. She is 22 now and an excellent cook.

Hey Ashley I’ve been following you for about a year and half now and never really leave a comment. First off thank you for still posting I used to watch alot of makeup videos and routines but it has been very crazy with beauty gurus. With this quarantine, we have been home for a little over 4 weeks and its been a rollercoaster to say the least. Still trying to figure out the online platform for my children. Where I’m going to is that your videos and others I follow more now (cleaning and vlogging related) have given me some sanity and kept me from going crazy. Keep the videos and vlogging coming they help me and give me so much inspiration to clean and organize. Y’all stay safe

Stand mixer all the way girl! I used to make a lot of cakes so I needed it. Now my 13 year old daughter does the baking! She is better at it than me! She does everything from scratch!

I have a stand mixer, the kitchenaids are expensive but you can get them on sale from target. They last for years and years. My moms had hers for 15 years so far. Hand mixers are also helpful for potatoes and shreding chicken. They save my arms from getting tired. Savvy is such a good girl. Have a wonderful day.

Ashley, the black trim looks soooooo good!!! 😍A little tip to keep the shower clean... Get an inexpensive, fluffy broom and use it to scrub the shower and tub. Makes it so easy 😀

Kitchenaid mixer (countertop). It is very heavy when I bring it out, but so worth it. 25 years old and still works great. I also have a newer but same style Kitchenaid model as a back up but only had to use it when I was baking many batches and wanted the convenience of two mixers. The house paint looks great!

I use a stand mixer that I have had for years like 12 lol. When ice a cake I use the back of a tablespoon. Loved the video. Stay safe and take care of yourself and your beautiful family 💗

I use different mixers depending on what I am making. Pancakes/ cakes I use a whisk. For buttercream icing I use the kitchen aid. Cookies and mashed potatoes I use the hand mixer and for brownies I use a fork.

I’ve had the same kitchen aid mixer for 20 years, I use it several times a week because I bake often, make my own pizza dough etc. But for the box cake I use a spoon and just mix, plus I use milk instead of water it comes out way better and holds better. 😋 👏🏼 Savanah 😃

Ashley, I loved this video, and I think it’s so sweet that you got that cake just as a fun little treat for Savanna. Right now, the little things at home make a big difference, and I’ve also been baking cookies and muffins with my babies on the weekends. It’s a fun treat and something to look forward to. As a baker, I always use my wisk for cake mixes because they tend to be over mixed with an electric mixer making them not rise as well. Also tip if you want a really fluffy and moist cake add an extra egg and sour cream. Makes it so yummy.

Hi Ashley! You have to try using equal parts vinegar and blue dawn dish soap for your tub. Put it in a spray bottle and spray all over, let sit for 15 minutes and wipe off with a rag and warm water. It’s amazing!! I found that off of Pinterest and have used it for 3 years now. It makes the tub and wall surround shine!

I have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer that I love! It is probably 25 yrs old and still going strong. I use it all the time for everything! I also have a hand mixer for small jobs. Good job, Savy! It looks delicious!

Good Morning. Chase is doing a fantastic job painting. It looks great. Savannah did a great job making that cake, it looked yummy. I have a hand beater and use it when making cakes, sometimes I just mix by hand though. So glad Tyger is doing better. It's hard when they get older. We just lost our boxer (Tyson) on February 4th. It is the most heartbreaking thing to go through, we are still grieving. We miss him so much. We had him since he was 10 weeks old, he would have been 11 in August.

I used to hate cleaning the shower too lol. The main forever cleaning must-have for me is a handheld shower head with the hose, which really cuts down on rinse time and effort, and then I can rinse when I'm done showering to keep things cleaner longer. I have to have one in every shower at this rate, even a rental, but luckily they're affordable and easy enough for me to install on my own. I also found that having the foam and a shower scrub brush (like the Oxo one) with the extendable poll really cuts down on time and saves my back/knees. I try to clean my shower weekly, but it takes all of two minutes these days lol. Ecloths and polishing cloths (I love Norwex car polishing cloth for the shower) are great for daily shower glass/chrome drying instead of squeegee-ing, and then it's basically always clean and spot-free.

I have a hand mixer and a stand mixer but I still prefer a bowl and fork for most hints. I usually only use my hand mixer if I’m making icing or mashed potatoes.

We’ve been sanitizing each item from the grocery as well. I use the Lysol wipes on my counters every day. We are stocked up with the same broccoli! We love it. I want a piece of that cake! yum 😋 I actually use a hand mixer when I bake cakes.

Happy Wednesday, I use my Kitchen Aid mixer when baking. I also declutter and organized our main bathroom this weekend and it took me 2 hours , i do love this stay home time it is giving me chance after work to declutter a lot. The gutters are looking great cant wait to see it all finished. When scrubbing the bathtub i use a magic easer and soft scrub it works so good and sparkles , i also have scrubbing bubbles but tend to go to the soft scrub cause it has bleach in it and i feel it is very clean . nice video! thanks for sharing. I use The Works foaming bathroom cleaner, Walmart carries it, it’s 22 ounces, and I pay 1.98 for it, i love it, spray it all over, wait 10 minutes and wipe it up ( i use a micro fiber cloth) or rinse it off. Sometimes i also use a cotton ball with some baby oil on it, and wipe the faucet and drain cover, they come out nice. I use a hand mixer when I make cakes, sometimes the instructions will say beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, then on high, i think it has something to do with adding air in the batter, lol Again, thanks for the video! Mixer every time! Done in a flash and evenly mixed. I also keep a scrubber in my shower, it has a handle that you can fill with cleaner. I use half soap and half vinegar. I use it twice a week while showering and it always stays clean. I like easy! 😂

Love the video! Your house looks amazing all the time!! When I bake, I use my kitchenaid mixer if its brownies, cakes, cupcakes or banana bread. If its muffins or something that shouldnt be whipped, I do it by hand. Im a huge baker, so i do both.

If I make cakes I use a whisk for some reason it seems to mix better. If I'm making breads, cookies, muffins, or anything like that I use mu kitchen aid. Also, that strawberry cake looks so good, I might have to get one. Thanks for another great video!

I would use a hand mixer for a cake mix, but I also have a stand mixer and I always get that out for thicker doughs (cookies!) I love to bake so I use both.

Stand mixer most of the time or hand mix for something small. Italian and Swiss meringue butter creams take a good half hour if done right or longer and a hand mixer's motor would burn out possibly. For something simple like pancakes which don't require much mixing, I will use a whisk and do it by hand. Plus a kitchen-aid is a decor piece for your counter!

Ashley - love watching your videos. I'm making this comment and hope it doesn't come off as sounding as a know it all. When disinfecting your groceries, you should make a clean and dirty side on your counter. Once you clean the item then place it on the clean side. I saw this on the nightly news one evening. Stay healthy.

Honestly I just always use a big spoon to mix with. But a good tip for a really moist cake is to put some pudding mix in there. Like the powder jello pudding mix. I just use the small box, and it turns out so good every time! And you can do that for any cake, chocolate, yellow, etc. 😊

I do both with mixing. Cakes are fluffier with the electric mixer!

I love the way the black paint looks on the trim of the house ! I'm sure going to miss seeing your video Sunday but I understand. I'll be looking forward to your 3 videos next week. I use a hand mixer. It also has attachments to chop items. I like it better than my large high end mixer.

Thank you for sharing your shower, I don't like cleaning bathrooms either. lol. Great cleaning motivation this morning!! I do a whisk by hand unless I'm cooking something from scratch with more ingredients or I'm baking a lot of something (like around Christmas for gifts).
