amigo , use o Ventoy, formate o pendrive por ele e depois só copie a ISO para dentro da maior partição do pendrive, após copiar dê boot com o pendrive e inicie a instalação, caso dê açlgum capim na plalheta e reclado de um arquivo de extensão JSON, basta copiar ele da pasta e colocar na raiz das 2 partições do Ventoy. Espero ter lhe ajudado.

Normal games can be played but high graphics will not work and you can check these according to games requirements on Google for better answer

I don't think you can becuse that is a "real" requirement. Even if it installs it would crash becuase the CPU can't do some things. If you have such an old PC it's probably best to use some Linux tbh.
