Понимая что дом старй и там куча мусора - приезжать надо не на каблучках - а с кучей пакетов для мусора . Старинную мебель посуду и вещи - сохранить - позже что-то продать что-то оставить ! Сад - траву скосить - а вот деревья поберечь - может просто обстричь а какие-то ветки спилить - но не спиливать бездумно ! Все получится
