She is probably one of the best fliers I've seen. She is perfectly solid and sticks the stunts with 100%accuracy and consistency. And if anyone has ever cheered before, you know consistency is a top priority.

OK, that dude is pretty damned strong to catch her, mid air, arrest her fall, change direction to throw her overhead and get the spin in as well.
