Yes, the secondary valve should be as free as primary valve. Just keep on heating and twisting the valve until it becomes free. It will take time. You will need to cool it and then start heating again 2-3 times but it will become free.

If you still do not get good petrol return, first try putting some fuel injector cleaner into the petrol tank. Take 1/2 tank of petrol and add fuel injector cleaner to it. Run the car for 100 kms. You will definitely see an improvement in the pickup. Then re-check the flow from petrol return line. If it is still low, then you will have to clean the carburetor. There might be two reasons. First is your car earthing. Battery is connected to the body of the car. make sure that is tight and has good contact. Then check whether the fan turns fast under AC. If the fan is slow even with Ac, it is fault of fan. If not, Then make sure your thermostat is working fine. Ask a mechanic to check radiator switch located in the bottom of the radiator.

If the speedo was showing the wrong speed but there was correct reading on odometer, then maybe the speedo needle was loose. But you might have made a mistake in your observation because if you have not opened the instrument cluster, the speedo needle will not become loose all by itself. It might be that odometer was running as slow as speedo was showing i.e. odo was rotating but for every 10kms, it was just showing 6 kms. In that case, it is definitely the problem of speedo cable. I think that speedo cable became loose or the internal gearing is at fault. Aveem Ashfaq yes brother i have downloaded the videos but got my tuning done by the mechanic, he did points and plugs checkup. Yes my car had heating issue as my head gasket was leaking so it had to got it fixed but after that it was alright as radiator runs normally. I havent noticed the dieseling, i will make a check. Actually i lives somewhere outside so got less time to run my car approximately after 2 to 3 weeks. Yes i had to use choke and i paddle as well before i start it. I think i have figured it out. Its the fuse near condensor. I will replace it and will update the status. As i left my keys in on position this fuse get hot.

It is suggested to change the gasket anytime you open. If your old gasket is not broken, you can keep it. But the gasket is cheap and easily available. SO, it is better to change it.

International shipping is always a headache because it is costly and it wont come until 2 months or so. If the old one is not torn, you can re-use it. If it is torn, then you can buy some packing material (the cardboard from which gaskets are made) at some local car/bike parts shop. Then you can cut the required shape from it. The purpose of packing material is to stop any air leak. The metal is not perfectly made and there are tiny imperfections. Air leaks into carburetor through these holes. The gaskets are so that they will block off all these areas. So, if you have some material with cushion (like cardboard or rubber tube), you can make one yourself. Make sure that you cut the holes according to the packing. Do NOT makes holes according to carburetor because some holes are dummy. Make holes according to packing. All the best

As far as i remember, the old gas r22 and the new gas r134a can run on the same parts. You just have to drain the old gas, drain the compressor oil, put new oil and fill in the new gas. That is it. No need to replace parts. And while you are doing it, ask the AC fellows to service the ac condensor coil as there would be a lot of mud and dirt accumulated on it.

Are you sure your car runs on old ac gas? If it runs on old ac gas, you have to drain it and add new gas. If someone changed it to new gas somewhere down the line, you just have to do top up. I think it is better to be safe and drain the old oil, service the condenser and put new gas. That way, you can be sure.

I have Maruti 800 2002 model which is without AC, I am planning to get AC fitted to it. I am wondering if it supports or cooling will be good?

To be frank, your cooling will not be enough in summer. Maruti 800 suffers with Ac as the pickup will be very low, the cooling will only work in winter etc. If you are really hell bent on installing an AC, you need to put some foam insulation in the bottom on the floor pan beneath the carpet. Then your AC will work even in summer

Hi, I also have the same problem. But, the white smoke comes out only when I start it for the first time in a cold morning (15C-20C). I have also seen some water coming out from the exhaust pipe. Also, no white smoke comes out when the car is running, at least I never seen that happening. What could be the reason for that? Do I also have the piston rings damaged? or it is just water vapor coming out in form of white smoke? If it's an engine issue, is there any other ways to confirm it?
