Brisbane girl here and definitely learned righty tighty lefty loosey - I use it daily when unlocking/locking my door cause I always forget ALSO double check you can actually use the steam mop on your floors - I found out its really made for most floors but tiles 😓

Fun fact is that there are both left handed and right handed screws! Things like rotating fan blades have left handed screws so that if the fan spins “lefty loosey”, it won’t loosen the screw. This isn’t something I ever thought about until engineering school lol

I don't think you can use steam mops on wooden floors cause it damages the wood - steam mops are better for tiled areas. I could be wrong though, but that's what I've always been told.

Hey Jess! Us Aussies use righty tighty lefty loosey when we drive in countries like the US. It helps us remember what side of the road to drive on when we turn corners etc 😂
