You are permitted to harvest Muscovy ducks in Florida. They are non-native here and are delicious to eat. The species is non-threatened due to their prolific numbers. FWC allows landowners to harvest them without a permit due to overpopulation. While I don't partake in hunting (more of a fisherman) - most people who harvest them will eat them. The dog will retrieve them and the shooter will twist their neck so they're dead for sure. If you eat factory farmed chicken or beef but have a problem with Floridians hunting their own wild meat, I think your sensibilities need to be realigned. That being said, you're absolutely free to be wrong.

@@lanternkid1701 i know you have no idea what you're talking about, a suppressor only quiets the loud sound with and after the shot, the shot itself is only slightly muffled (which is the reason why you see people wear headphones in shooting ranges with suppressors) so please do some research before commenting

Animals, all animals flop when shot unless you hit the brain, or use a gun with more power than needed (when they don't flop it's usually because the force of the impact severed the spine or turned every internal organ to jelly.)

In my home village there are wild jackals in the surrounding forests and fields and they kill people’s chicken and ducks, they can even attack our dogs, we have to kill them on sight.
