hehe Its a bit of a lazy post I literally scrambled to get it filmed and edited today before stream so its not the best, but I wanted more time to work on the ones I had originally planed to put out today (and by today I mean yesterday lol)

Best way to snap out of it for me. I twitch my head left to right until I get enough momentum. You start to gain feeling back. Then I sit up in bed. Sometimes, walk around or grab a glass of water. Then go back to sleep. Sounds crazy but it works every time for me
