He was a good kitty and lived a lot longer than he would have on his own. He had good food, a warm place to sleep, and people who cared. If you're a cat that's about as good as it gets.

I loved Seeing Landis and often mentioned him in comments. I have loved and honored the lives of three cats. I got two more kittys last year and will love them as long as a higher power will let me . When its there time to go I will honor their lives. It is alway hard for me to lose one of my babies! My Buster who I lost Nov.26th 2019 was harder on me then losing my Mom,Dad, and oldest sister. He has been my biggest and hardest loss thus far. So I know the pain of losing a fur child . Unbearable belive me ,I know. So be kind and gentle with each other and the other babies even they are grieving in there own way. Love you all! Take Care!

Landis was trying so hard to climb that tree but he was too much of a chunker. So funny, so sweet. I'm glad you have these memories on film to see forever. You can still enjoy his presence by watching these films. Love it. Landis forever! And you guys did everything you could to keep Landis going & as healthy as possible. I remember watching you give him the meds at home, taking him to the vets & that's not counting all the love & comfort you gave him, as you do with all your babies. You're just wonderful parents & always will be. That's who you are, good souls.

So sorry to hear about Landis. At least he passed peacefully with his sister. When my 14 y/o boy cat passed, he had 14 years of love and care. We found him streched all the way out sunning. He passed peacefully in his morning nap. I rescued him from a tree, two dogs were trying to kill him. I went through a brier patch, he came down to me, he was 5-6 months old. Never had a cat, but we left that river and gave him the best we could for 14 years. He was so cool. Hopefully Landis will meet River in Kitty heaven! My heart is with you both!! I understand, our peta are family, especially kikis ❤🤗.

Landis lived his best life, and he did it with his style. He was such a laid back easy going guy, and I bet he is healthy and happy in his new adventure over the Rainbow Bridge. I lost my Ozzie cat last year he was 22 years old. He went peacefully when he decided it was time. Even though I will always miss him I know he his happy again too.
