Having the rotator on the TMK 300 Tree Shear is a game changer.
This was our first tests using the TMK 300 with collector, delimber, wireless kit and rotator on the John Deere 60g.
The rotator increases the functionality of the shear and the wireless kit simplifies installation.
We could rotate 360 degrees to allow for cutting of large low angle limbs, laying material over sideways, and cutting logs into pieces on the ground. would be great for cutting and feeding chippers, loading trailers etc.
It also makes using the delimber as a grapple much easier.
The machine needs two sets of hydraulic lines, one for the tree shear and one for the rotator.
On this machine, we send a second set of hydraulic lines to the front with the help of a 6 way diverter valve, it works great.
