Able to get back on my latest clearing project, I use the Cat 941 to clear a path up through the woods, as requested by the client. I now indeed see the benefit of a forestry cage. One of my engine panels got messed up a while back. So, I took them both off. I'm going to fabricate some new ones asap. A tree snapped I was pushing it and came crashing down on the OROPS. We got the job done with no injuries or damage to equipment. But, I will be making some changes. Though not as nimble as a skidsteer or as powerful as the 953, the 941 proved to be quite a capable machine. With these older machines, slow and steady wins the day.
