9-4 depending on the bowl game. They lose to Georgia, NC State, Florida, and Louisville. We also have to think about how Virginia tech has been coming up these past seasons. Depends how many turn overs klubnik decides to give. Lmao

SG1 has this one right. You forget Clemson still owns the ACC. We know DJ is trash and Virginia Tech hasn't been relevant since the 2000s.

@Caktiger18-wp2py u mean Clemson is trash especially with the whacc wr's and terrible offensive line they've had the past 4yrs which is why DJ and Cade struggled there. Clemson coaching staff is trash as well and that's the reason Clemson will he 🗑 again this year🤣🤣🤣. U know it and I know it!

I’m actually not too worried about it the secondary. Mike Reed did an outstanding job developing that unit last offseason (No. 76 to No. 8 in passing defense) and there’s a lot of talented underclassmen that played significant time last year

one of my biggest what ifs: What if Clemson beats Georgia? Now guys please don’t attack me for saying this and i don’t think they will in fact i have Georgia winning 27-17 but that offense should be much improved in year two under Riley (similar to our improvement on defense in year two under Jim Knowles) and they have a really talented defensive line against a team that i think should run the ball a bit more after losing Bowers. This game will be Clemson’s super bowl so i think they have a chance to make it closer than people expect. we’ve seen bigger upsets before. Of course this could all just not matter and Georgia could win 34-3 and i wouldn’t be shocked at all. Also if Klubnik doesn’t improve massively they won’t have a chance.

Georgia is a team that can throw the football there is no way clemson is beating georgia. A lot of people are underestimating the dawgs pass game this year. Carson Beck is a top 3 quarterback in the nation, and his receivers aren't bad. Dominic Lovett Rara Thomas Arian Smith and Dillon Bell are all returning and Colbie Young and London Humphreys are both transfering in. Oscar Delp will fill in the hole for Brock Bowers at tight end

While a Clemson win is unlikely, I believe it is possible given that the Tigers have good raw talent and no team, that includes Georgia, is invincible this year. If Clemson's OL and offense improves with Matt Luke coming in and Riley being in his second year, Clemson should be able to make this game competitive with their defensive line.

Clemson is being so overhyped tbh people are putting too much stock into their perceived talent based on Dabo's recruiting, Cade improving and things reverting back to how they were. Dabo hasn't had any success at Clemson when he's had anything below an elite talent at QB (Lawrence, Watson, Boyd), I don't think they're going to be that good. I have them at 8-4 with losses to UGA, FSU, NC State and Virginia Tech

@@richardjohnson7752 Rare case of them getting there with mid QB play, the exception not the rule type of deal. Defense was also loaded that year but their offense didn't do anything against Bama and they lost 24-6 🤷🏻‍♂️ their offense is their issue now and Cade isn't nearly as good as Kelly was tbh

they are not losing to virginia tech and they wont lose to nc state at home either. fsu is a toss up. that game could go either way. i think florida state will win that game, but i wouldnt be surprised at all if clemson won that game

@@GWProdzz VT is improving and that game is on the road and potentially at night in Lane Stadium where its hard to win, NC State has been right with them for several years now in most of their games regardless of venue and is another team people aren't talking about enough. Also everyone is overvaluing the perceived talent on Clemson's roster, with their team last year in another conference they may not have made a bowl. They got several wins bc the ACC is weak. One recruiting class of freshman with no transfer players bc Dabo doesn't believe in the portal for whatever stupid reason isn't gonna push them to the top of the conference unless some of those freshmen are immediate impact guys. Losing Shipley is huge, Cade hasn't shown anything to suggest he's gonna improve this year and the wide receiver talent is still relatively unknown up there

3:49 Cade isn't coming into his own. Stop the delusion. He'll be selling insurance this time next year in 2025. He's not good. Also no way DJU loses to Clemson at Florida State. That's his revenge game. DJU isn't the reason why Clemson went 8-4. Cade is.

Hahaha yeah this guy is obviously a Clemson fan🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽. He actually thinks Clemson is going to beat Florida State with Cade at qb🤣🤣🤣. FSU has a great defense especially at the backend. And DJ will definitely be slinging that rock around with the line and weapons that he is surrounded by.

@@woolybooger4368 people said App State wasn't beating TTUN and they weren't beating Texas A&M, but they did. Upsets happen all the time. Now will it happen? That remains to be seen, but to say it can't happen is ludacris, especially when we've seen major upset happen countless times. And Pitt is on the back end of a two game road stretch. Those are always tough, no matter who the opponent is, so it could definitely be a trap game that Pitt catches Clemson sleeping

not really. georgia is a sure loss, but the rest of the schedule is pretty easy. they do have road games against florida state and virginia tech, but outside of that the schedule is super easy. clemson is going to beat virginia tech, i dont know why everyone in the comments thinks otherwise, and i think florida state is a toss up.

They really weren't that far from it last year. Only 1 out of their 4 losses was by more than 1 score. 2 of the losses were in OT. It really isn't that wild if you know what you are talking about.

@@leeption1able offensive line, receivers not being able to create separation down field, and offensive play calling ALL played a significant role as well. Often times Cade can’t even make more than 1 read before he’s got the d-line in his face. Add that to bad receiver play, I stg nobody gets open. Don’t know if that’s a receiver problem or a play calling problem but hopefully those issues get fixed this year.
