She actually did go under the knife. Cleo had a bigger bust so she did a reduction & I believe Lipo on her tummy area. There’s nothing wrong with it, she looks amazing!

Why do we keep excusing these celebrities when they do something wrong? She knew what she did when she wore that outfit. It's beyond artistic expression. Sex sells and that was her intention.
