The milling on the HB Soft putters is a little softer feeling based on feedback from golfers. But as far as results, they're comparable in terms of consistency and forgiveness

I’ve been trying to figure this out as well. Based on specs and looks, they seem identical just with different finishing. The regular soft 10.5 just has a milled face and the milled version is milled all over for a more premium finish.

Does the graphite shaft respond like it's too flexible or whippy feel, as head is heavy?
