Wood chopping the hard way; axe, saw, sledge hammer & lifting large heavy pieces of lumber. I did the same thing with my father and people ask me what training did I do, my reply was simple cut some trees the old fashion way. If you ask my father let’s get a chainsaw his reply was your a man or a girl. Williams is a legend because his training method was purely functional in nature.

You know fun fact about Cleveland his arms were so huge that it was actually hard to get him out of his robe when they stepped him in the ring
