I have met this lovely gentleman before. I was looking to get a tattoo for my birthday. When I arrived at the shop, I could not find parking and was super nervous. He was leaving and gave me his parking space. He told me he was the owner (I sort of didn't believe him). he was just so genuinely nice and had the most beautiful DIAMOND gages in his ears! I have never wanted gages before, but seeing his absolutely made me want them. Also, the tattoo was my favorite. He did not do it, just to clarify.

"it will make up for the diamond I don't have on my finger"

I rewatched the original video a few months back when I had zero piercings and zero tattoos because of a needle phobia I’ve had for years , seeing Sinead panic but then realise it wasn’t that bad had me booking in for my first lobes doing then a week later I got my second lobes and my flat helix done and since got two tattoos 😂 it was a massive help to fix my needle anxiety! Now I need another piercing thanks to this 😂 I’m feeling the daith and 3rd and 4th lobes 👀😂

5 in one sitting? that might be a nightmare to heal 😅 don't they usually recommend only taking a few at once, because of the healing process, especially with cartilage piercings? that being said, this was mostly lobes, so maybe that's why. (btw this comment is not to say that the result isn't gorgeous, I also love the concept of it)

When it comes to piercings and tattoos, the anticipation is always worse than the actual procedure for me. We do freak ourselves out lol.

Lol the piercing addiction is real; I have 13 in each ear + 14mm gauged lobes🥰 I have 36 piercings in all. I have kids ask why I have so many all the time, & I ask if they like sparkly things. It’s always a yes, so I tell them “so do I and with more piercings I can wear ALL the sparkly things!”🤗🥰💖

I have 6 piercings on both of my ears so far. I have both lobes pierced 3 times, a conch piercing on both ears, 2 cartilage piercings on my left ear, and on my right ear an industrial piercing. I never passed out during my piercings. My last conch piercing was a little pinch and less pressure on my right ear.

I'm a tat girl... no anxiety about getting them! But, when I first got my ears pierced, I had them done at a place called the Piercing Pagoda at the mall... worst way EVER to get pierced! I just didn't know that at the time. My piercings didn't heal properly, and it took a long time before I could finally change my first pair of earrings out. I truly was traumatized by that experience. It was loud, painful, bloody. It wasn't until I was in high school before I had my ears done again, but by a friend in my room. I have 3 piercings in my left ear and 2 in my right. I've thought about getting more done by a pro many times, but tattoos are just easier for my brain to accept.

Tragus piercings are done at 16 gauge nowadays I've noticed. Back in the day when mine were done, they were done at 14 gauge, which they still are. 14 is the size bigger than 16. I wear blue anodized titanium clickers in mine. And it's true---you feel pressure more than pain with a tragus piercing. (Jan Griffiths).
