Works great for short and sweet emails but it gets exponentionally more complicated when you try to add multiple dynamic elements sandwiched between static sections of body text. It also doesn't seem easy or potentially even possible to enter line-breaks into the body of the email. I spent a few hours trying to knock together a formula that would reference the name of a manager, their user, each email and their start dates dynamically using this method while requesting more information from the manager with a static body of text. After a certain number of cells which each referenced a name / date and then sandwiched them between static bodies of text, the hyperlink seemed to simply break. If I added any more characters (any character) over a certain number the link would cease to function. I'm going to investigatre the possibility of doing this with Power Automate which seems much more suited to the task, and will report back if it works well. I imagine it would be possible to remove the need for a clickable link within excel, and have it run automatically as new users are added to the table which is ideal.

It is possible, just start your subject with ? instead of an & =HYPERLINK( "mailto:" & I18 & "?subject=" & J18 & "&body=" & K18; "Message "& H18)

are the number of email recipients limited only? 2-3 recipients formula is okay, but when i add bulk recipients LIKE 30+, formula returns to #VALUE

Hi. I want to learn more about VBA to be able to send multiple emails to over 500 individual customers with the click of one button and each customer would receive their own letter and invoice attachments from a mail merge letter. And add dynamic signature block with our logo. Thanks in advance
