The way I mastered the "I don't care" attitude was when I was done overthinking every night and also when it slowly started to grow on me I started overthinking in day time when I am in the class, in a conversation, while giving my exams and I was tired of that. So I thought to myself me overthinking stuff is not helping nobody not even me, so let's just stop and every time I said something stupid and went back and analysed what I said and thought hmm nobody is going to remember that!! And second thing is it's not gonna help me in no positive way and that was it gurl!! It sure was difficult in the beginning but got used to it. It is so true. Taz has grown so much as a person and stopped caring almost at all what people think. Some tricks from my side how to care even less what other people think is to not add momentum when the thought occurs. For example if someone said something and you find yourself thinking about it and have an emotional response then it is a good idea to ask yourelf do I want add more momentum and thought towards this feeling so basically to stop yourself and get out ahead of it before feeling overwhelmed and for getting in this cycle of overthinking things. And focus on something else that feels really good

i personally think prioritizing the things that you care about works at times like you said, but for me that doesn't work everytime... so i try and pull myself together when i drift off into thinking about the negatives. also on the other hand, others have their personal opinions on things, but its the personal choice that we can make if we should or should not to acknowledge them, if its worth the time that goes by thinking about it, etc. as an overthinker myself, i find all this pretty hard lol but yes i really love the fact that you are so honest about things

Hey Taz you shouldn't put your laptop on soft surfaces like blankets, bedding, etc. Because the fan will suck up the dust and it could couse the overheating of the laptop and your laptop could die because of that. The guy at the computer store told me that and that you should take it there to be cleaned. And that you should always put your laptop on a hard surface. I love you and I wish you all the best😘

I was just saying this to my client today about anxiety or defence/coping mechanisms, in that we have these things in our brains and that they control us in life, but actually if we think about it and work on it, day by day, bit by bit, we can control and choose when these mechanisms are useful for us to use in life and when they are not. example: if my social anxiety is serving me today, I shall let it overwhelm me, but if actually need to go out side, I shall say "not today" and focus on the control I can have. it's difficult to do of course, but its not a thing we can do over night. it's about understanding, awareness, patience and kindness to ourselves! focus on the present, practise mindfulness and breathing exercises and start small!:)

tip for the laptop thing? Mine kept doing the same thing, but I started exporting my video files to an external hard drive and then just always worked from that - fixed my lagging problem (which had been a year in the making) in about half an hour -\ 0_o /- worth a try

9:30 I guess what Taz is trying to say is care enough to be compassionate but not care at the same time about others opinions with regards to your own path of life… it true it does get better with time but you need not wait it out rather write it out… write down the things that bother you or make you happy and then reflect on it after a week or two and ask yourself if it still bothers you or not.
