As a mexican, I just want to say thank you Taz!! You really nailed everything in the video. But I would say that 'salsa valentina' is meant for chips and snacks, not really tacos (but tbh I know some people that even uses it to eat pizza so it's ok), for example the 'sabritas limon' with 'salsa valentina' is a perfect combo. As a Mexican it is so common to see our food reduced to taco bell so thank you for going out of your way to eat proper Mexican food.

You should make "I only ate Brazilian food for a day" It's soooooo good Here are some suggestions for you to try: Brigadeiro: it's a dessert, a fudgy and chewy chocolate truffle covered in chocolate sprinkles. Coxinha: it's a party snack. It's like a little raindrop shaped deep fried ball of dough stuffed with well seasoned chicken. (I'm a vegetarian now but this used to be one of my favorite party snacks)(you can also try the veg version which is made of jackfruit and I love it even more than the regular one) Feijoada: it's a whole meal(be careful cause it can make you have diarrhea if you eat too much). The base "feijoada"(it's the name of the whole meal but is also the name of the main part) is like a black bean soup with lots of types of meat. The rest of the dish is: white rice, sauteed kale with lots of garlic, farofa (which is like sauteed mandioca flour, with butter, sausage, sometimes bacon, onions, cilantro, etc) and oranges. There are other foods but this comment is already too big.
