Being a person who smokes weed everyday, I find it very weird that THEY were smoking TOGETHER. The same weed. And only she overdosed? And he just panicked and put her in the dumpster? How did he know she was dead? Why would he wait until you get his thoughts together to turn himself in? He’s definitely knows more than he’s saying. And the fact that he’s “family” makes it even worse. I hope the family finds peace and answers.

It almost destroyed relationships on both sides of my family. I had to forgive, or I don’t think I’d have made it through. God kept me every step of the way. Jaylin's actions were completely heartless. Not only did he dispose of her corpse, but he preceded to blame her, insinuating that Zion ran away and he pretended to search for her. I'm not sure what to make of this case. Part of me believes the overdose story and that he may have laced her drugs with something that killed her. The other part believes that he was interested in her sexually and he overpowered her, raped her, and strangled her. If he strangled her, there wouldn't be a large amount of blood at the crime scene which may make it difficult for cops to prove murder without the corpse. I will say this; he's crying now, but when he was arraigned in court, he did not shed a single tear and appeared as though he didn't care. Those tears are crocodile tears.

He had ill intentions to begin with by hiding his car in the neighbors yard. He did something to her and panicked bc he knew her mother knew where she was. If the mother had no idea who she has been with then he would’ve never came forward.

He was living about 4 miles straight down the street from Providence Hospital. Even if he didn't wish to wait on a ambulance, he could have placed her in his car and dropped her at the hospital's emergency room in less than 10 minutes. Also, he stated, his kids were "upstairs" when Zion died, does that mean he was routinely leaving them alone when he drove his gf to work each night? Why didn't she drive herself and he stay home with kids?! Leaving kids that young home alone was tantamount to NEGLECT! Defense attorney says he made a made a bad decision. He made lots of them.

I’ve NEVER heard of just a weed overdose ESPECIALLY where only one person who smoked it is killed SMH He killed her and disposed of her this way because he knew the chances of her being found was slim and toxicology & autopsy would’ve proven him a liar, murderer and probably rapist. Let me explain he is guilty completely guilty. If this dealt with drugs or overdose he would of left that body exactly where it was and went on a entire panic attack running away. He knew exactly where to put that body and what would have happened to her if he didn’t respond to his family for awhile. This gave him time to go turn himself, this gave him time for a story line, this gave him time to continue to be deceitful to his damn family. The only thing the doctors would have done was tested both parties for laced marijuana.

something my mom always drilled into my head was to always call 911 no matter what the circumstances: If I needed to hang back or separate from who I was with to call for help for myself of someone else in distress. etc etc Now i do not know if he intended to harm her or a sequence of events happened to cause her death but if it was a case of accidental overdose, in some states there are laws that protect people who report cases of over dose while using, of course if you do not have any active warrent's and the drug in use is not over a limit to where its considered intent to sell.
