Best reporter ever. So much better than the ones we got now

I well remember Cliff Michelmore when I was growing up. The voice of the Holiday programme. Cliff died when I was forty six!

I remember him well a really good reporter both with his news reporting and later on the holiday programme sadly missed.

Legend so under rated, and Southern TV presenter n other stuff Day by Day, football commentator also late 50s early 60s, his career is endless

Not to be confused with the ITV current affairs program of the same name which is broadcasting since its first episode in 1999
