Mr. Stern, soldiers and Doctors are hardly ever respected and or appreciated until we need them. America is a better place because of men like you, thank for your service.

Cliff, as a young girl, to me you were bigger than life. As a family, we rented a cabin in northern AZ (1975?) and you single handedly beat the daylights out of 4 kids in a snowball fight. I think about that day now after watching this interview, wonder how you managed to be such a great man with all you had been through; how you were able to put all that aside and just be the fun uncle. Thank you for the memories and thank you for your service . Linda (Mason) Schick

Fantastic that this is all being recorded for others to hear. I was a boy at school in the UK when the news showed news clips of Vietnam. Just eat The Giant Killer. Fantastic read. Hats off to all you Vietnam veterans.

I was a grunt in Vietnam 1971. During Lam Son we were out in the bush pulling security around Hwy 9. It was a scary time.

Galloway, bless his patriotic heart, has lost his interviewing skills. He seems disengaged here.
