Releasing sulfates to the stratosphere may end up creating regional warming!. Please consult research about the heating effect of contrails. warming effect: "Contails lead to a reduction of the solar radiation reaching the surface (surface cooling) but they also enhance the greenhouse effect (surface warming) by absorbing longwave radiation welling up from the earth and atmosphere below. This might result in net cooling or heating depending on the size and optical depth of the ice crystals of which the contrails consist. Contrails thus lead to surface warming at night and generally to surface cooling at daytime. Presently it is estimated that contrails lead to a net warming effect over the full day." Constrail formed by sulfates of jet fuel. “A series of experiments has been performed observing contrails formation of twin-angine jet aircraft (ATTAS-VFW 614 and Airbus A310-300) run with different sulfur containing fuels on the two engines at the same time. The fuel sulfur mass content was varied from 2 to 5500 ppm. The results suggest that contrails particles form mainly from soot particles. The higher the sulfur content the more the soot particles get activated as condensation neclei.” They can also spread creating artificial clouds: “Cirrus clouds can evolve from spreading persistent contrails known as primary cirrus or contrail cirrus (2). Secondary cirrus occur due to locally increased soot and aerosol concentration, which might lead to the formation of cirrus clouds that would not form in the absence of air traffic (3; 4; 5).” Worse, the artificial clouds from sulfate will compete with natural clouds and disturb natural rain pattern!: "We underscore that contrail cirrus can exert an indirect effect on cirrus on their own. If cirrus clouds form in the presence of contrail cirrus, the background cirrus may have different properties, because its crystals nucleate in regions with preexisting ice. Contrail cirrus may compete with background cirrus for the available water vapor, altering its microphysical and optical properties. The situation is further complicated by the fact that background cirrus itself might be affected by aged aircraft soot emissions in heavily traveled aircraft corridors." “To study the effects that sulphur sunshades might have on rainfall, Trenberth and Dai looked at trends in precipitation and continental run-off from 1950 to 2004 to try to detect the impact of the eruptions of Mount Agung in Indonesia 1963, El Chichón in Mexico in 1982, and Pinatubo in 1991. The researchers had to account for the effects of El Niño, which tends to decrease rain over land, and increase it over the oceans. After this, a marked decrease in rainfall and run-off in the year after the Pinatubo eruption was clear (see graph, right). Dai and Trenberth say their results suggest that artificially putting large amounts of sulphate particles into the atmosphere in order to decrease solar radiation could have catastrophic effects on the planet’s water cycle. “Creating a risk of widespread drought and reduced freshwater resources does not seem like an appropriate fix,” they say.” Why only land vehicle that have sulfate limiter regulation and not jetplanes? Why there are no attempt to reduce sulfate release from jetplanes?

I have done personal weather engineering with cemenite. It allow my sky to become more blue (white sky are sign of sulfate domination from jet trails). It allow low very white nimbus cluods to show up more within few km. Rain become more frequent, and obviously, less violent rain. The area few km from my office and home have more rain and less violent weather than the rest of the city. It become clear that jet trails are messing up rain pattern. A black clouds ready to rain can suddenly disperse showing jet trails behind them. It is already known fact that sulfate from jet trails will rob water vapor from the surrounding atmosphere. When the trails spread to become patterned clouds or white sky, then rain will be rare. When rain finally happen, then it will be violent rain. I don't see other "climate change" sign here. Jet trails is the only obvious problem. Releasing sulfate to thestratosphere will damage rain pattern, creating more violent weather. And it is obvious it does not make the earth cool, it make the eart warmer. Cemenite is a simple device made from copper LAN cable and builder cement, but you need to make it correctly according to the instruction. Cemenite also make plant grow better, have better fruit, more flower. Also attract wil birds, help people sleep better, make water and food taste better, improve ICE vehicle mileage up to 30%. Please beware of weather engineering solution that can make people ill, make people sleep less, make the sky white, make hole at nimbus clouds, or resulted in violent weather.

"geoengineering now is a problem for the 2070s if we don't cope now" what an absolute joke. Civilization will be falling to bits within 10 to 15 years. There's no way on earth humanity will be able to hold out that long. From what I can see we either do solar geoengineering in the next 10-15 years or maybe sooner depending on what we find is going on in the arctic and pray to god it works out. Or were done for.. Sir David king is. Notable by his still saying the same thing he was years ago. "we need to learn to refreeze the arctic" nothing new to report. We're no closer to that being a reality. What an absolute joke. We've had it.
