Paint Mixer Challenge is one of the most brutal finger strength challenges!
In this video we are going to accumulate total hang time and donate some $ to animal shelter. Stay fit and support animals! 💪

I think that knee bar was actually best way to do it. Dyno seemed very hard to hold at the end. Maybe from dyno you could match at last hold, but then next crimps are badly positioned. Great video Anton, as always!

Enjoyed seeing you climb again. That feet first beta was top notch 👍. Three more highlights: 1. Eliot: Did it (splinter) go in? Anton: No, I went through the wood. 2. maybe you can try different types of base moulding or framing for interior homes to hang off of or do a lava floor challenge course. some have very small edges

Anton your core strength is insane. And your climbing has gotten really good even reading the boulders is top notch to find a way to get around the double dyno like that. I still think you could have gotten it they way they intended but your route was much cooler. You must be climbing a lot recently. Also nice to see money going to a good cause too!

I want to see Anna Haleznutt or a similar climber try this, I think there's a video where she hangs on a 6mm edge with a few extra lbs (just crimping, no opposing thumb) which is wild to me! Also the kneebar was amazing, I love anything beta break-y, so so cool!

Hi Anton, have you heard about Gero Arias? He's doing this cool challenge where he does one more pull-up every day for a whole year. Last year he worked his way up to doing 280 pull-ups in a single set!

You need some really good calluses for this challenge. Years ago, I think i could have held that for around 20 seconds. I'm not sure I would last even 5 seconds today without bleeding.
