u need to learn "crab walk" after climb mt. kinabalu especially the 2nd day when u woke up, u cant going downward over stairs, stick ur back to wall then side walk /crab walk to go down stairs.

haha! Good one! I climbed Mount Rinjani a few months after Kinabalu as well... crab walks are necessary
