Originally intended as a medium it ended with a similar armament ,layout and rol of contemporary mbts (patton's) . so it just took the designation.

Why not anymore? It actually penetrates more with the capped shell now. It's actually a joke taking the regular tree chi-nu over it. (cause someone forgot to put the dedicated anti tank shells developed for it)

because its m79 solid shot has less then 100mm of pen which is less then that of its m61 aphe shell

to be honest, the M24, or as i like to call it the japffee, is my favourite vehicle so far... (my tops being the Ho-Ri prod and ST-A1)(though i just got the HEATFS for the ST-A1, so things might change a bit, but nothing beats the japffee in my book)

The tier 1 russian half track AT gun has animations and the howitzer carriage for the germans has animations for when they get shot. Not sure about tier 3 and above however.

@@josephheuer4540 M3 tends its a hard nut, but it was never been a big issue. the real trouble makers are the matildas valentines , b1's and t-50 . all of wich prior to the changes could be dealt somewhat reliably at close ranges. those 15mm (just checked) that lost really marked the difference.

Aegius_X3 the French are so hard tier 1 and 2, I just used a few golden eagles to get me to rank 3, and grinded the rest of the rank 4

there is the b1 bias that is like a maus at it's BR , a real monster , and 2 good old fashion usa tanks : the M4A1 and the M10 , but all the other tanks are just painfull

i really love the amx fl11 tbh. its fast and with a very good gun. you have to grow your skills tho... its very hard to not get killed.

I don't get it. I hated the stb so so much. I like the Ho-Ri production, chi-ri, and chi-he and chi-he chi-ha short. I would rather play type-61 over that tank. Type-90 is more enjoyable because you can pen the ufp of all the Soviet tanks and go straight through the fuel tank rack, crew, and engine with the apfsds

​@@asa0046 Chi-Ha and every tank that uses its hull (Chi-Ha Kai, Ho-Ni, etc) shake while turning making it impossible to aim, Chi-Ri is missing smoke shells for hull gun (one of the reasons it was given a hull gun in the first place), Chi-Ri's assisted loading system doesn't work, Type 90 is using STC's armor and JM33 is underperforming. Virtually every Japanese shell is underperforming according to Japanese and US tests.
